Sales Engineer/Officer – Concrete Batching Plants

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with contractors, ready-mix concrete producers, developers, and construction companies
• Promote concrete batching plants, mixers, silos, conveyors, control systems, spare parts, and maintenance services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plant configurations and technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with technical and commercial teams
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
• Follow up on leads, quotations, tenders, and customer inquiries to achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales records in the CRM system
• Monitor market activity, competitors, industry developments, and upcoming construction projects
• Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, installation, and after-esales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Support customers after the sale and identify opportunities for upgrades, spare parts, and service contracts
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular pipeline and performance reports

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in sales of concrete batching plants, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or building materials is preferred
• Technical understanding of batching plant equipment and concrete production is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer visits
• 5+ work experience
