About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify and qualify prospects from cold, warm and hot leads
- Consult customers and recommend value-added services and packages
- Present tailored proposals and maintain communication by email, calls and text
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in CRM
- Give actionable feedback to sales management on offerings and market trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 4 to 5 years in an inside sales or telesales role
- Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Ability to manage high call volumes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling used cars, car insurance, warranties or car financing
- Familiarity with the automotive market and value-added services
