Sales Executive - Auto Loans

Responsibilities

• Promote Auto Loans and cross-sell other FAB products within the assigned business territory
• Achieve or exceed agreed Auto Loans sales targets to build a new customer base
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers
• Conduct promotional activities, meetings, and roadshows to achieve budgeted sales volumes
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete, error-free, and compliant with KYC standards
• Provide regular sales MIS and market feedback to the Team Leader
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend high-quality credit risk applications
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, policies, and service standards of the bank

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 to 2 years of experience in selling banking products or within the financial industry
• Strong sales, negotiating, and convincing skills
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on service excellence
• Ability to adhere to strict internal and external policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• Proven experience in selling banking products
