Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Present Careem's marketplace and delivery solutions to prospective merchants
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, promotions, and partnership agreements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/merchant acquisition targets
• Onboard new merchants and coordinate with internal teams for successful activation
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food delivery
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting businesses in person
• Target-driven and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of the UAE retail/merchant market is an advantage
• English is usually required; Arabic can be an advantage
• A valid UAE driving license
