Sales Executive - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online searches and cold calling
• Provide support to senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and managing client data in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries regarding products
• Assist with market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide insights into the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure customer information is consistently updated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Based in the UAE and willing to travel when required
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and sales technologies is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in building relationships and supporting clients
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
