Sales Executive - Early Shift

Responsibilities

• Own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to application and enrolment
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels
• Qualify families by understanding their relocation plans and educational needs
• Hold consultative sales conversations to communicate school value
• Meet enrolment, conversion and activity targets
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Coordinate with school teams to arrange tours and assessments

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or relationship management
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM such as- HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to work early shifts (typically starting between 4:00am and 8:00am UAE time)
• High-volume call handling and follow-up experience
• Culturally aware and comfortable engaging international families

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international schools or education admissions
• Knowledge of the Singapore or wider Asian education market
