About the role
Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and generate leads through online searches and cold calling
- Support senior sales team members by scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
- Manage client data within Salesforce CRM
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to client inquiries
- Perform market research to identify opportunities and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Based in the UAE and willing to travel
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
