About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive sales and business development
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and business partners
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales negotiations
- Prepare proposals, quotations and tailored sales presentations
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Research market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales performance
- Use AI tools for lead generation, prospect research, outreach and reporting
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven sales or business development experience
- Agency sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and the full sales cycle
- Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for sales activities
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
