About the role
Responsibilities
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty through up-selling
- Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail
- Manage Marriott Rewards information and redemption requests
- Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, and typing to support Sales & Marketing
- Promote brand image internally and externally
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Fluency in Arabic
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
