Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B sales inquiries for Dopamine Land Dubai
  • Handle customer calls and emails from contact to booking
  • Close deals for group visits, birthdays, and privatizations
  • Provide personalized customer care
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Support reporting and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Excel or Google Sheets
