About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B sales inquiries for Dopamine Land Dubai
- Handle customer calls and emails from contact to booking
- Close deals for group visits, birthdays, and privatizations
- Provide personalized customer care
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Support reporting and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles
- Experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and Excel or Google Sheets
