About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Generate new leads via digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing partners
- Use CRM systems to track projects, cases, and sales activities
- Generate a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota
- Complete training on new product features and advanced sales techniques
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS (fresh graduates considered)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal car for fieldwork
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in restaurant operations
