Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Generate new leads via digital marketing campaigns and industry networking events
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing partners
• Use CRM systems to track projects, cases, and sales activities
• Generate a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota
• Complete training on new product features and advanced sales techniques

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS (fresh graduates considered)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal car for fieldwork
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the SaaS, technology, or F&B industry
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in restaurant operations
