About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing customers
- Identify and approach new clients to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide product information, demonstrations and presentations
- Collect market feedback and competitor information for management
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in outdoor sales in the speciality coffee industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
- Physical stamina for long hours in the field
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
