About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and workshop enquiries and identify required spare parts
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales
- Recommend related parts and accessories to maximise sales
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on parts availability and delivery
- Follow up on back-order parts and keep customers updated
- Maintain customer records, sales records and reports
- Follow company pricing, discount, cash and credit policies
Requirements
- Diploma or graduate qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of automotive spare parts sales experience, preferably in a dealership
- Knowledge of spare parts identification and Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC)
- Good customer service, communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Basic computer skills and MS Office
