About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to acquire new clients and maintain existing accounts in the food and beverage refrigeration segment
- Generate enquiries and visit potential customers to prospect for new business
- Prepare technical offers, cost estimations, and solution presentations for clients
- Negotiate price, terms of agreement, and close sales to achieve margin targets
- Manage key end-user relationships and collaborate with industrial consultants
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track the sales life cycle from lead generation to payment collection
- Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to meet booking targets
Requirements
- B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
- 10 to 12 years of professional experience in industrial refrigeration sales
- Specific experience in Food and Beverage, Marine, and Commercial refrigeration markets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to present complex technical and commercial information
- Experience in field sales and relationship selling
- Readiness for travel
