Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members
• Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information on club amenities and services
• Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospects professionally
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
• Handle member inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience
• Conduct member check-ins to gather feedback for service improvement
• Lead fitness-related classes for members to increase value and retention

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a high-end luxury environment
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for health and wellness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health and wellness industry
• Experience with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
