About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
- Prepare sales-related documents including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Enter, retrieve, and verify information in sales software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Answer guest questions regarding property facilities, rates, and services
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
