About the role
Responsibilities
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail
- Handle guest calls, requests, and concerns to resolve issues
- Manage Marriott Rewards points redemption and information entry
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
- Assist management in training and motivating employees
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
