Sales Executive, Security Systems - Install

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities through competitive value propositions and high-quality proposals
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes supported by pre-sales teams
• Differentiate Johnson Controls by leveraging market understanding of competitor strategies and products
• Develop long-term customer relationships at decision-making levels
• Manage multiple priorities and drive territory growth through stakeholder mapping across Contractor, Consultant, and End User levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in ELV / Security Systems Sales within the UAE market
• Expertise in explaining technical solutions and advising customers on complex equipment selection
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to deliver techno-commercial solutions and presentations
• Fluent English language skills
• Valid UAE driving license required
