Sales Executive - Skincare & Beauty

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities, including lead generation, implementation of business marketing and sales plans, and achievement of sales targets.
• Adhere to sales forecasts and strategic plans to ensure optimization and profitability of the Business Unit.
• Provide sales forecasts and ensure the brand/category function is informed for required actions.
• Monitor day-to-day sales operations, including prospective client checks, negotiations, and design of competitive sales packages.
• Visit customers frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details, and check stock levels.
• Record progress of enquiries and create regular reports, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, and predicted sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the skincare and nutrition categories.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong English and Arabic or Tagalog language skills (written and spoken).
