Sales Executive/CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities across government, corporate, and hospitality sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits
• Present and promote product portfolio including bespoke awards, promotional merchandise, and 3D printing solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations in collaboration with production and design teams
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and client notes within the CRM system
• Track market trends and competitor activity to support growth
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong business acumen and market understanding
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
• Valid UAE driving license
• Multilingual capabilities preferred (English + Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in corporate gifts, promotional items, or manufacturing is advantageous
