About the role
Responsibilities
- Visit cafés daily to present and promote specialty coffee products
- Identify and acquire new customers to grow sales
- Build and maintain relationships with café owners and managers
- Conduct follow-ups to monitor coffee quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with grinder calibration, espresso extraction and brewing
- Train baristas on coffee preparation and best practices when required
- Resolve customer concerns related to coffee quality or brewing performance
- Prepare reports on customer visits, sales activities and new opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous specialty coffee experience, preferably as barista or coffee trainer
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Strong knowledge of espresso, extraction, grinding and brewing techniques
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
