About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle showroom visit appointments and client inquiries
- Qualify clients and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and price negotiations
- Maintain customer profiles and update the OMS system
- Identify finance, insurance and warranty upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams on documentation and vehicle delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience
- Understanding of the UAE automotive market
- Customer-oriented, proactive approach to sales
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/OMS systems
- Good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Used-car sales or multi-brand dealership experience
- Knowledge of vehicle specifications and market pricing
- Experience selling finance, insurance and warranty products
- Existing customer network in the UAE automotive market
- Arabic or French language skills
