About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to identify funnel gaps and strategic opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Account Executive team to drive performance against sales goals
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new hires
- Build and improve sales processes, pipeline discipline, and operating rhythms to expand the seller base
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of meeting goals
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing salespeople
- Strong pipeline management and sales fundamentals
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
