About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional initiatives
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Results-oriented mindset
