About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle senior accounts in Abu Dhabi
- Build relationships with key contacts and decision makers
- Assist customers in designing technical solutions
- Manage design and implementation projects with internal teams
- Mirror company roles and responsibilities
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in selling Telephony, Networking, and Security
- Direct experience with special accounts such as Military, Police, or MOI
- Strong relationships with vendors like Cisco, Avaya, HP, and Juniper
- Thorough understanding of TDM, IP, SIP, AURA, MPLS, Routing, Switching, Call Centre, IVR, MES, and UCS
- Deep knowledge of Avaya products (voice and data)
- Proficiency in using AVAYA configurator pricing tools
- Ability to manage network and multivendor product integrations
- Valid driving license
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Communication Engineering
- Proven record of sales achievements
- Strong project management and operation capabilities
