About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Drive corporate, group and MICE business to maximize room revenue
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts and travel agents
- Negotiate contracts and manage corporate agreements
- Explore new sales channels and strategic partnerships
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and networking events
- Monitor sales KPIs and report to senior management
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and Operations
- Motivate and support the sales team
Requirements
- Previous Sales Manager experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
- Track record in corporate, group and MICE sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capabilities
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with leadership skills
