Sales Manager CGS

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new CGS business opportunities across the GCC
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with CGS growth objectives
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and strategic intermediaries
• Develop market intelligence on key industries and prospects within the GCC
• Coordinate with underwriting, risk, and commercial teams to structure proposals
• Ensure business development activities comply with Coface policies and regulations

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of successful sales and business development experience in Insurance or Financial Services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in GCC markets
• Strong business development and prospecting capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
• Good understanding of Credit Insurance products and risk management solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in Trade Credit Insurance
• Knowledge of GCC business environments and regional market dynamics
