Sales Manager - Corporate

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base
• Lead, motivate, and drive corporate groups and MICE opportunities to the hotel
• Negotiate contracts and close high-weight sales deals
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
• Expertise in MICE sales
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel frequently within the cluster region
