About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base
- Lead, motivate, and drive corporate groups and MICE opportunities to the hotel
- Negotiate contracts and close high-age sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to senior management
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates
- Manage the sales budget for the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality or related industry
- Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in luxury market segments
- Expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales
- Advanced negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
