Sales Manager - Corporate Relations (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business through corporate clients, government and educational institutions
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, certifications and custom learning solutions
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, procurement and key decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate delivery with the Training Operations team
• Maintain client and sales records in the CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in business development or corporate training sales
• Understanding of corporate training, professional certifications and L&D services
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers
