Sales Manager - Corporate Relations

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, government organizations, and strategic partnerships
• Promote and sell corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, L&D teams, and procurement departments
• Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and recommend training solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the Training Operations team for seamless program delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Training Sales
• Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and professional certifications
• Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
