About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between global brand owners and international duty free partners
- Build and strengthen partnerships with brand owners, stakeholders and retail customers through market visits
- Develop and implement category strategies that drive sales growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends, sales performance and competitor activity to optimize assortment
- Collaborate on product launches, pricing, promotions and commercial initiatives
- Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements
- Prepare performance updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of FMCG sales experience within duty free
- University degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience with distribution and commercial opportunities
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic, French or Hindi language skills
