Sales Manager Duty Free & Travel Retail

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact between global brand owners and international duty free partners
• Build and strengthen partnerships with brand owners, stakeholders and retail customers through market visits
• Develop and implement category strategies that drive sales growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends, sales performance and competitor activity to optimize assortment
• Collaborate on product launches, pricing, promotions and commercial initiatives
• Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements
• Prepare performance updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of FMCG sales experience within duty free
• University degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience with distribution and commercial opportunities
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Willingness to travel regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic, French or Hindi language skills
