Sales Manager - Executive Coach

Responsibilities

1. Databases

   • Compile a comprehensive list of target audiences: Corporations, Business Schools, Conference Organizers, Speaker Bureaus, Gig platforms, Podcast channels, newspapers, and magazines.
   • Collect relevant contact information.
   • Evaluate and purchase selected databases.

2. Executive Coaching

   • Revise coaching profile.
   • Register the organization with leading corporations.
   • Issue invoices and manage follow-ups for payments.

3. Public Speaking

   • Refresh the speaker profile.
   • Register the organization with Speaker Bureaus.
   • Assess speaking requests.
   • Network with event organizers.
   • Coordinate with organizers on their requirements, including marketing materials (topic, profile, photo), and presentation details.
   • Send invoices before the event and follow up on payments.
   • After the event, gather feedback and recommendations from attendees and organizers.
   • Post-event, collect videos and photos.

4. Corporate Training

   • Update the training profile.
   • Communicate requirements to event organizers.
   • Provide presentations and materials to organizers.
   • Send invoices before the event and follow up on payments.
   • After the event, collect recommendations from participants and organizers.

5. Photography & Videography

   • Identify and recommend a suitable team for each location.
   • Collaborate with event organizers.
   • Coordinate with the photography team on project scope, specific shooting and editing requirements, and submission deadlines.
   • After the event, review the output and communicate any errors or requested changes to the team, and review corrected versions.

6. Interviews

   • Secure podcast interviews.
   • Obtain newspaper and magazine reviews and interviews.

7. Creative Work

   • Commission creative materials (banners, thumbnails, posters, etc.).
   • Review the output and ensure any errors are corrected.

Requirements

• Exceptional command of both written and spoken English, proficiency in PowerPoint, and strong capabilities in project and time management.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Desired Personality Traits: Assertive, Accountable, Articulate, Engaging, Curious, Resilient, Persistent, and Adaptable.
