About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement sales plans and strategies to maximize financial and non-financial objectives
- Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial targets
- Research competitive exhibitions and industry innovations
- Expand and maintain the exhibition database and manage agents
- Develop sponsorship and non-space revenue opportunities
- Manage floor plans and exhibition layout coordination
- Monitor daily sales team performance and manage budgets
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of sales experience in the exhibitions industry
- Formal qualification in Business, Sales Management, or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and market knowledge
