About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the property's segmented sales effort and segment sales strategy
- Achieve segment revenue, property revenue, and personal booking goals
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships with government and diplomatic clients
- Participate in sales calls, proposals, contracts and customer correspondence
- Analyze market information and sales data; assist with six-period revenue projections
- Review guest satisfaction results and drive service improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-year degree plus 3 years sales and marketing experience, or 4-year bachelor's degree plus 1 year
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and sales systems skills
