About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and work a pipeline of federal, emirate and free-zone government entities
- Win new mandates for noqodi payment collection services
- Own relationships with assigned government accounts and grow them
- Hold regular account reviews and act as escalation point for client issues
- Design solutions with product teams and prepare proposals and commercial offers
- Lead responses to government tenders and RFPs
- Coordinate onboarding and track projects to go-live
- Report pipeline, wins and account health monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years in sales or account management with government clients
- Experience with payments, banking, fintech or government technology preferred
- Track record winning and growing UAE government accounts
- Experience with government procurement, tenders and vendor registration
- Understanding of payment products, settlement and reconciliation
- Strong communicator in Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with federal, Dubai or Abu Dhabi government entities or free zones
