Sales Manager-Group & Leisure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain group and leisure travel clients
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve performance goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate clients
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with group clients
• Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews for senior management
• Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
• At least 3 years focused on group sales, leisure travel, or hospitality
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software, booking systems, and revenue management tools
• Advanced analytical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the group and leisure travel market
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Familiarity with the UAE and Middle Eastern travel market is highly desirable
