Sales Manager Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass company sales goals in the UAE hospitality sector
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, and key industry stakeholders
• Identify and seize new business opportunities to enhance market share and presence
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align sales strategies with market dynamics and client needs
• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to drive business decisions and forecasts
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop persuasive promotions and campaigns
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Proven sales experience within the hospitality sector, specifically within the UAE market
• Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality landscape and current market trends
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to connect with a diverse clientele
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage
