About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and profile potential clients to understand their business needs
- Prospect new business through networking, referrals and digital outreach
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships for retention
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on tailored solutions and proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate client interaction and pipeline records
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
- 3+ years of ERP or software sales or account management, preferably SAP
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
