About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Iraq and Jordan
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned territories
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams including supply chain and finance to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution-focused roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage distributors and drive results
- Familiarity with the sales landscape in Iraq and Jordan
