About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and industry stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while continuously seeking opportunities to expand business
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with resort objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to support commercial goals
  • Represent JA The Resort at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and sales missions

Requirements

  • College/University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the hospitality industry in the UAE
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Experience in corporate, leisure, group, or MICE sales
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the UAE hospitality market
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using hotel sales systems and CRM platforms
  • Fluent in English
