About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities
- Assist in leading day-to-day sales activities and ensure proper turnover to service delivery
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships and strengthen the customer base
- Participate in sales calls and support proposals, contracts and customer correspondence
- Identify new business and maximize revenue based on market conditions
- Deliver excellent customer service and gather guest feedback
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major, with 1 year sales and marketing experience
- Or 2-year degree with 3 years sales and marketing experience
- Understanding of market trends and competitor strengths and weaknesses
