About the role
Responsibilities
- Liaise with spa and salon owners to help them market their services
- Identify and engage leads and prospects
- Monitor advertising campaign impact and prepare analytics reports
- Manage client relationships end to end, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing, invoicing, payment collection, activations, tracking, and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- High integrity and strong follow-through
- Comfortable in a startup, all-hands-on-deck environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Charismatic and able to work well in small teams
