About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive MICE business through strategic sales execution
- Identify and develop partnerships with corporate clients, agencies, and DMCs
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities
- Manage MICE enquiries from initial contact through to event handover
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and packages
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Follow up with clients to build loyalty and repeat business
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in MICE or group business
- Deep understanding of the Dubai market
- Proven ability to build and achieve sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Proactive and flexible approach to market-based activities
