About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities for MICE and corporate segments
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, trade shows, and FAM trips
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Execute operational aspects of business booked, including proposals and contracts
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor strengths/weaknesses to maximize revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and grow account share
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years of sales/marketing experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 1 year of sales/marketing experience
- Proven ability to build long-term, value-based customer relationships
