Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the customer base through the introduction of innovative products and superior services
• Ensure agreed customer service levels are achieved
• Maintain regular contact with valued customers to strengthen relationships and market Group products
• Assist the trading team with physical and financial trading, customer service, and projects
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Support Team
• Provide input to attract new customers based on Middle East precious metals market knowledge
• Monitor market changes, trends, and risks to identify new opportunities
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing regional strategies
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a relevant field
• 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in client-facing roles within financial institutions
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in a sales role
• Experience in or a good understanding of commodity trading
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance concepts
• Proficiency in Windows environment and general IT skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the precious metals domain
