About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a Commercial Sales team selling Novara's suite of Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS), Training, and Contractor Management solutions
- Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to increase revenue streams
- Develop strategic prospecting programs to penetrate new logo accounts in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, Utilities, Municipalities, and Hospitality
- Collaborate with marketing and product leaders to build a forward-thinking go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Provide tactical coaching and development to build a world-class sales team
